Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: October 1, 2026 • Effective for all buyers, vendors, and visitors of Bazaro Marketplace.
1Platform Overview & Marketplace Role
Bazaro operates an online multi-vendor e-commerce platform that connects independent merchants, wholesalers, and retail vendors (“Vendors” or “Store Owners”) with individual and commercial buyers (“Buyers”).
Unless explicitly specified otherwise, Bazaro is a venue and facilitator. Commercial transactions, product fulfillment, and warranties are between the Buyer and the respective Vendor. Each Vendor is responsible for the accuracy of their product descriptions, stock levels, wholesale volume tiers, and prompt delivery.
2User Accounts & Store Registration
- Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or legally authorized to enter binding contracts under the laws of Georgia.
- Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Any activity conducted under your account is your sole responsibility.
- Vendor Verification: Store owners must submit valid business registration, store identity, and legitimate Georgian bank accounts (IBAN). Providing fraudulent or misleading business records will result in immediate termination of the store.
3Orders, Pricing & Wholesale MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)
Prices on Bazaro are displayed in Georgian Lari (“₾” / GEL) and include applicable taxes unless specified otherwise.
Wholesale / “Buy More, Save More” Terms:
Products designated with a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) or volume pricing tiers require the Buyer to purchase at or above the stated minimum quantity. Bazaro's checkout system enforces these volume boundaries. Attempts to place orders below the required MOQ may be rejected or cancelled by the seller.
4Payments & Direct Bank Transfer Verifications
Bazaro facilitates order processing and payments via secure bank transfers (including Bank of Georgia, TBC Bank, and other Georgian licensed financial institutions):
- Buyers must use the correct order reference number when initiating wire transfers.
- Orders remain in a “Pending Payment Verification” state until the payment is reconciled by the vendor or platform administration.
- Unverified payments after 5 business days may result in automatic cancellation of the order and stock restoration.
5Shipping & Delivery (Tbilisi Express & Regions)
Delivery timeframes, courier options, and regional shipping across Tbilisi and Georgia are specified at checkout or coordinated through direct store messaging. The Vendor is responsible for packaging products securely to withstand domestic postal or courier transportation.
6Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
All purchases on Bazaro are protected by our Refund & Return Policy. In compliance with Georgian consumer protection regulations, consumer buyers are entitled to a 14-day return window on eligible retail products from the date of physical receipt.
7Prohibited Items & Conduct
Vendors and buyers are strictly prohibited from listing, selling, or attempting to purchase:
8Direct Store Messaging Guidelines
Bazaro provides direct chat between customers and store owners to facilitate orders and customer service. Harassment, spam, off-platform solicitation designed to defraud, or abusive behavior will lead to account suspension. To ensure performance and database hygiene, conversation logs older than 30 days are automatically cleared.
9Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the competent courts located in Tbilisi, Georgia.
